This gin is based on Symphony Hill's newly fermented 2024 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon before it went into barrels for ageing. We matched botanicals of juniper, coriander, pepperberry, cinnamon, cloves, orange peel and ginger to create this full bodied gin, bursting with flavours and paying homage to its beginnings as a highly pedigreed grape grown right here in Eukey.

Each of the 280 bottles is uniquely numbered, and when you taste it, you will know why: this is a truly special drop that deserves the royal treatment!
